1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn shoes in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@lukumisteress.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack and ship the item using the provided label

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, but you will receive the new item instead of a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
