• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - Ksh 600
• Free Shipping: Orders over Ksh 5,000 - 5-10 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors:

• Nairobi and major cities: 1-3 days
• Other urban areas: 3-5 days
• Rural areas: 5-7 days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Kenya. International shipping may be available in the future. Please check back for updates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping applies to orders over Ksh 5,000.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
